Back in October, at a little coffee shop off Canal street in New York, I clearly remember skimming through a magazine with an editorial featuring MIA as I waited. She wore this insane money print button up shirt that immediately caught my eye. I was having a hard time locating the credit information and was set back on my journey out in to the cold. Pulling my right glove off, I obsessively searched Google on my phone, not giving a care that my fingers were frozen. Having little luck finding the piece, I gave up and let the shirt haunt me up until this evening. Finally stumbling across the Acne Resort '13 collection, there it was, the shirt of my dreams. Acne, to me, has always been the simple but chic type of line, keeping a clean design but still managing to wow people by making something ordinary... extraordinary. They really outdid themselves this time, bringing loud yet subtle print to their pieces and I am happy to fully endorse it.
